CNC Precision Machining

Our 5-axis CNC machining centers deliver unmatched precision for the most demanding applications. From prototype to high-volume production, we hold tolerances to ±0.0001" across aluminum, steel, titanium, Inconel, and exotic alloys. Every program is optimized by senior process engineers and validated with a full first article inspection.

Service 02

Metal Fabrication

Heavy-gauge welding, fiber laser cutting to 1" material thickness, press brake forming, and complete structural assemblies. Our MIG, TIG, and robotic welding cells handle everything from thin-wall enclosures to 3-inch structural steel. Secondary finishing — powder coat, anodize, and plating — available in-house.

Service 03

Hydraulic Systems

Custom hydraulic cylinders, manifold blocks, valve bodies, and complete fluid power subassemblies engineered for pressures up to 10,000 PSI in the harshest industrial environments. Each assembly is pressure-tested and cycle-tested to specification before shipment, with full leak-down documentation provided.

Service 04

Quality Inspection

Our quality lab is equipped with Zeiss CMM systems, laser scanners, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers. Every critical feature is verified against GD&T callouts with full balloon drawings. We issue first article inspection reports per AS9102, PPAP Level 3 packages, and material certifications on every job.

Service 05

Aerospace Components

AS9100D and ITAR registered for the manufacture of flight-critical and mission-critical hardware. We maintain complete material traceability from certified raw stock through finished component. Digital manufacturing records — including setup sheets, inspection data, and operator sign-offs — accompany every delivery.

Service 06

Automotive Parts

High-volume OEM production for Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers. Our IATF 16949 quality system, PPAP submission capability, and SPC-monitored production lines are designed for zero-defect delivery at scale. JIT delivery programs with VMI options available for long-term supply agreements.
